Charlie Juliet Aviation (CJA) is a North Texas–based Light-Sport Aircraft advocacy firm serving flight schools, commercial aerial-work operators, and private owners. We specialize in technical aircraft sales, manufacturer representation, and maintenance & repair for E-LSA, S-LSA, and FAR 22 (MOSAIC) aircraft — delivering best-in-class service across the United States and abroad.
Decades of Passion and Expertise in Light Sport Aviation
We're aviators at heart — we love what we do, we love our fellow pilots, and we live and breathe aviation. Caio "Kyle" Braga, Founder and Principal of CJA, was born with that passion. His journey began in the mid-1990s in Brazil as an ultralight pilot, building over 3,000 hours of "stick-and-rudder" experience — many in early models of Inpaer's Conquest, the high-wing experimental aircraft that became the precursor to the Texas Aircraft Colt. Before turning that passion into CJA, Caio spent years in logistics and supply chain finance, a career built on the very disciplines aviation demands: coordinating complex moving parts, managing risk, and delivering on commitments when the details matter most. It's where the "integrator with integrity" philosophy took root.
Today, Caio is a Private Pilot with over 500 hours, actively pursuing his IFR, Commercial, and CFI ratings. He's an active member of ASTM's F37 committee — the group behind the new standards reshaping light-sport aviation under the FAA's MOSAIC rule — as well as a certified Rotax Technician and an FAA Light-Sport Repairman (LSRM-A). That combination is rare: hands-on airmanship, real-world experience integrating complex systems, deep technical certification, and a seat at the table where the future of light-sport aviation is being written.
